My husband has had one of these suitcases for years, they are sturdy, roomy and way to manage, so i decided to get one myself!
Good study product and easy to manoeuvre plus lightweight very pleased with it.
Not good, when my previous suitcase lasted for at least 12 years and the zip was intact!
The cases run on four wheels and are easily steered, pushed and pulled.
Price
So glad i got this at such a very good discount.
For the price this is not acceptable.
Great suitcase, for a great price (on offer), but it is not as robust as i would like for the price.
Shipping
Even though i ordered during a busy time, my luggage arrived super fast and in mint condition.
The part took around 10 days to arrive (this was indicated on the request form) and was extremely easy to exchange old for new.
Although expect delivery to take a while.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was rock-solid, ensuring my new travel buddy was safe and sound on its journey to me.
Packing in both lid and base makes it simple and more organised.
Packaged well, looks like legit manufacturing packaging.
Product arrived in good condition and was as expected

My old case still in use and useful is soft sided and when removed from me at the gate on a previous trip abroad because ba can’t seem to figure out how many people are on their planes or how many pieces of luggage will fit in the overheads when selling fights and therefore have to wrestle with disgruntled passengers in order to take luggage packed to go in the cabin not the hold from them my bag was returned seemingly in perfect condition however the tins of biscuits i had purchased in duty free were all bent and distorted clearly because something heavier andor in a hard shell was dumped on top of my little blue american tourister
