With airlines charging for luggage and overhead compartments, this fits under the seat with foot space to spare. This bag fits on every plane i've been on either overhead or under the seat.
It's handy to have but, is also sewn in at the bottom edge. A great padded pocket for a tablet or a kindle. Built in divider of the tablet holder makes it feel well put together.
Cons
There is a charging port that doesn't connect to anything - where do you access power? The laptop holder sleeve is not stable.
The bag is too big to fit under the aisle seat. The zippers separate and split too easy. The straps are a thin flimsy material. The snap to hold the two hand straps together is small and requires a great deal of fumbling.
For the price and being a samsonite, actually pretty disappointed. In any event, on sale or not it's overpriced. I hate how samsonite reacted to my complaint.

Price
Tha bag was at a very good price.
Affordable, small yet spacious enough for a quick three-day trip.
Over all, a bit more than i expected, especially for the price.
Shipping
Customer service was great, they replaced it quickly.
I did have trouble with the first shipment as the snap inside would work.
Packaging/appearance
It has more than enough packing space and love the 360 wheels
I packed too much and probably could have packed less.
Then i packed it for travel: thoughtfully placed compartments and mildly surprising capacity to complement a 3-day business trip.
Competitiveness
Also samsonite did not include the underside handle to make it easy to lift.
