Pros

My only complaint is that it seems to scratch easily. I can't wait for the warranty process to play out - my next trip is too soon to wait around, dealing with warranty work.

Cons

This bag is way too big to fit comfortably in a vehicle or maneuver in a subway, bus, or escalator. Gets scratched up easily and black marks all over it after 1 flight. Had high hopes for this, being a samsonite brand suitcase.

Good thing is amazon customer service helped me and provided half price refund. You spend so dang much for things and the quality let me down. Samsonite and delta has not contacted me back about this issue.

I am not satisfied with the purchase and think the list price is obscene for the finished product. This is incredibly disappointing. Btw, compare the other 2 samsonite luggages i have now, quality of this luggage is quite bad.

The wheels are harder to roll on anything but smooth flooring. The handle on the suitcase keeps falling in. The suitcase is 7 months old and is cracking on the bottom. Clothes can't be removed from the suitcase because of the cracks.

I believe i purchased this suitcase back in 2021, it’s almost 2025 and i have to say this suitcase is still holding up!

I have purchased the large, and carry-on, next is the 24" !

I grew up with heavy suitcases you had to heft (no wheels), and we've come a long way indeed.
