Pros

Samsonite 28-inch suitcase is the epitome of travel convenience and durability. Durability is where this suitcase truly shines. The divider has two pouches on each side with a zipper.

Luggage isn't a frequent purchase and it is a serious investment. Samsonite has a proven track record. They are durable and the price was reasonable! Overall am pleased with luggage.

Cons

The flap the separates the luggage is very flimsy and broke out in our first trip. Isn't the entire suitcase a part? Even though the suitcase worked well for some time, i expect a company to stand by their product longer.

The largest case cracked after being used 3 times. Lots of scratches on the exterior. It seems the material is brittle.

Every time i opened the bag i had to make note of which side was down so to not cause the content to come tumbling out.

I was worried that it would get destroyed and come back with a huge hole or something due to some of the pictures in the reviews.

I bought this during prime days so it was at a great price!

It does get pricier without a sale, so if you're looking to buy one i would suggest waiting til prime days or a big sale event.

Wanna buy again but the prices are too high now.

I ordered 3 of these through amazon and 1 arrived crushed and unusable.

My suitcase arrived on the first day of the five day shipping estimate!

Packaging/appearance

I packed my larger laptop, 2 weeks worth of clothes, 3 pair of shoes, a pair of slides and still had room.

Even packing cubes slip thru the straps.

One of the standout features is the expandable capacity, which allows for extra packing space when needed.
