Pros
The samsonite 28-inch suitcase is the epitome of travel convenience and durability. The interior organization is top-notch, featuring thoughtful compartments that make packing and unpacking a breeze. The suitcase's design is both timeless and modern.
Thank you rickie. They are durable and the price was reasonable! They hold up to the abuses handed out by the automated airline handling equipment.
The wheels glide effortlessly, and the telescopic handle feels sturdy and reliable. It stands out on the carousel, making it easy to spot amidst a sea of generic luggage. Small scuffs are not noticeable due to the surface texture.
I live in alaska and the luggage doesn't get brittle or crack in the cold. I wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating – it's a true travel companion that exceeds expectations.
Cons
The limited warranty is useless. There is no post sale service as well, which again has been a big surprise and disappointment.
The flap the separates the luggage is very flimsy and broke out in our first trip. This version has two cheap hooks to attach the divider leaving gaps around the material instead of the fully sealed zipper. The other side has 2 non adjustable v shaped... Read More

Every time i opened the bag i had to make note of which side was down so to not cause the content to come tumbling out.
I was worried that it would get destroyed and come back with a huge hole or something due to some of the pictures in the reviews.

I ordered 3 of these through amazon and 1 arrived crushed and unusable.
Packaging/appearance
It’s a great size for my kind of packing with lots of pockets and a stiff divider to keep clothes in place when opening and closing.
I packed my larger laptop, 2 weeks worth of clothes, 3 pair of shoes, a pair of slides and still had room.
Even packing cubes slip thru the straps.
One of the standout features is the expandable capacity, which allows for extra packing space when needed.
