Pros

Does everything a suitcase should. The lock works well enough, and you don't have a dangling padlock. The 20” and 28” were delivered perfectly, were wrapped and code hadn’t been changed from factory code.

Pull up handle feels great and sturdy. They roll nicely and are lightweight. One negative. Takes a bit of wiggling until it goes down.

Cons

Used this set only a few times and it is scratched badly and lock is broken. Isn't the entire suitcase a part?

The handles on the side and top are very thin and cheep. Seems like the hard shell of the luggage isn't as durable as i initially thought it was. The wheels are not so great on carpeting.

Packaging/appearance

Even packing cubes slip thru the straps.

Let me note that i've maintained the exterior with a plastic luggage cover.
