A quick google search revealed its a super common issue with samsung microwaves there are 3 door switches behind the front panel and all it takes is 1 to go bad and it wont heat up because it thinks the door isnt closed

About an hour of watching the youtube video and figuring how to get the front panel off a little trial and error on which switch is the bad one mine was burnt black and then put it all back together and youve saved yourself either an expensive repair bill or a couple hundred bucks for a new microwave
