Best decision, better experience, good delivery. Wondeful experience with it. Initially shortlisted curd maestro.
Samsung support is also very good in bangalore as they contacted me same day and installed the very next day. Same day demo and installation done by samsung.
Twin cooling enables you to switchoff freezer/fridge seperately. Tray levels have much flexibility to cater for different heights of containers. The crisper volume is also ample.
What i liked is it looks monstrous, like a small almirah and its elegant looking. The capacity is superb. Beautiful design, large storage space for a family of 4.
Cons
Family was inconvenienced in this process. We have a feeling that amazon delivered a lemon ( a defective reject) low quality materia and not durable. Poor customer centric approach by amazon and samsung.
Never buy any samsung product online. Product bottle rack/shelf was delivered broken. Asked for refund instead, but was denied by policy.
Even pulling the crisper inside the fridge is tricky. And the fridge legs are uneven and moving.

Sufficient enough for family of 4cons : fridger when converted to fridge, it has no temp control but fixed to maintain at around 2°c.
