I have never been treated so poorly, they have the worst customer service ever! Buy your tvs elsewhere, amazon has the worst experience.

In september, it stopped working - turning on and off by itself, no picture or sound.
Well, exactly 2 years after purchasing it, it's done and nothing can be fixed.

The only compensation that was offered was a discount on a new samsung television.
I did get a new tv, arriving tomorrow, for $300, the exact same tv, 2023 version, at a discount.
