Very satisfied with my buy. Amazon delivery is great overall satisfactory purchase during sale. Cons daily 1.
The samsung side-by-side door refrigerator is great. Enough storage space and cooling for a family of five. Spacious, good looking and good cooling. Thank you samsung.
Smart things app working good. Connects with wifi and can be monitored remotely. Ai technology is like a life saver for the energy consumption.
Cons
Problem is with the cooling in fridge and freezer both. The fridge is super noisy and small. There were scratches on the front left side door.
The compression gas got refilled around 4th month after purchase. They have the worst customer service, once you've purchased the product they'll keep charging you heafty amounts to get it serviced that hardly lasts a couple of days.

Little hesitant to purchase through online but amazon service is best in delivery and exchange process.
Product was installed on the same day of delivery itself.

The refrigerator is spacious and looks nice.
Un boxed and found the unit fine.
