Pros

Ssd drive makes my thinkpad operate soooooo much faster. The installation takes just a few seconds. This one in particular is good for 150tbw (total of 150 terabytes written to the drive) with a 10 year warranty.

Many people seem to contemplate on sata vs nvme. This was tested on an i7 4790k@4. The cloning software works flawlessly. That is the fastest and the more reliable ssd you can get.

Cons

No warning. This is unacceptable.

The pro tag is just a marketing ploy and all the products have the same reliability. All of them breaks down if you are unlucky anyway, might as well save the regret of having to buy an overpriced paperweight.

Overall very satisfied with the hard drive.

I use it as an external drive with the inateck 2.

Unfortunately the cd that came with the drive was broken, almost in half.

Extra cost for the pro model of the samsung line of ssds.

Also, right now it's cheaper/more cost effective to buy 860 pro not 850 pro.

Only complaint is i think i'm ready for a 1tb as files are not getting any smaller.
