The delivery guy was so nice and worked with me to get my tv delivered on time and in the right place.

But then it arrived and i unboxed it and plugged it in.

I was able to take it out of the box, plug it in and get it all set up myself in less than 15 minutes.

Someone else mentioned the bottom of the box wasn't sealed very well and we experienced the same.

Unboxing was the hardest part to make sure the screen was not damaged and scratched.

Competitiveness

The price is a little steep but again the quality is superior to many other tvs and is well worth it overall.

It works flawlessly with firestick, as do most samsung tvs.

There is no comparison, the samsung has superior color, refresh rate, and audio.
