Great streaming quality, super easy to setup, and great features.
This is a high quality product that does a great job with blu-ray as well as regular dvd video.
Picture quality was everything i had heard from reviews.
The quality of the tv makes more of a difference than the player, so don't expect a good picture if you have a poor tv.

Once it loads up, you hold the fast forward button down until it resets.

Pulled out of the box, connected, pulled firmware, and played.

Although slightly comparible with a few drawbacks to the 2550 model- it is still a great player for the cost.
The bad:- it cannot play all bluray discs.

I had one problem with the netflix feature where it stopped working because of the latest firmware update

I called netflix who had me to reset the unit and samsung is supposedly working on fixing the problem they created in the next firmware update

A couple times the audio was not working and i had to shut it off and start it up againchange the inputs around but im not sure if this was a player problem or my tv input

The only downside to streaming netflix is the lack of subtitles parents of noisy young children and foreign film lovers take note but this is the same as streaming on the pc

Pandora is also better this way it is plugged into the sound system and doesnt time out like the web service
