Pros
Instructions are brief and clear, and it functions flawlessly out of the gate. Works great in my samsung clx-3185 colour laser. As usual my samsung toner works like a charm.
Cons
It says that it is not compatible. Damaged my samsung printer.

The quality is fine and i have not had any problems with it.
Very satisfied with the product , service and price and i also needed a quick delivery which was available at a reasonable price.
Packaging/appearance
Remove packaging, pull the protective plastic strip that seals the front and install.
Competitiveness
Takes half a minute and then the printer is good for years of hassle-free operation.
Pricey compared to generic toner but at least i know it will work in my printer

Because the samsung printer immediately ceases to function when the imaging unit is used up i needed an immediate replacement

Mine said toner empty for about 100 pages before finally quitting
