Pros

Saved myself a good bit of money on this diy project. Exact duplicate as the original. Saved me the cost of a repair man.

Easy to remove and reconnect new one. Disconnected power harness and popped out our old da97-07365a. Easy to replace with oem product.

Iced coffee and ice water. Easy to install, maybe 5 minutes at most.

Cons

Either this is a third-world knockoff part or samsung needs a major redesign. There were no instructions either. Pressed the reset button and nothing happened. Stuck paying the samsung tax.

When they work they are ok but they just stop making ice cubes. I have no way to tell if the new product is defective or if there is another issue with the fridge.
