Pros

Bought for a samsung rs265t fridge with a faulty heater element in the existing ice maker. If your samsung freezer has the 12-pin ice maker plug, this is the right one to order.

There are 3 x screws securing the ice maker and it has an electrical connection behind the interior wall. No more ice cubes were being made.

Cons

The tray heater starts to do a poor job warming up the cubes.

This part sells for $139 and up all around the internet. They even have pictures of the genuine product in their listing. Part is not a samsung factory part it is after market part.

Broke even quicker than the last one. Fedex says it’s still in transit.
