Pros

I love the fast rewind and it also has ability to show you what you taped when you rewind the tape. There is a firmware update that will correct the audio sync problem at the samsung website.


Cons

This unit stinks. Go figure" "beware of purchasing this combo" "this machine is a royal rip off.

Samsung dvd-vr375 1080p up-converting vhs combo dvd unit is useless. It takes a long time to format a blank dvd disk so that you can record, and a very longtime to finalize it. There is a horrible distortion when dubbing.

Every dvd i have burned so far has sound-sync problems. That function is greyed out in the menu options. Turn off getting to play dvds is very fuzzy and other focus.
