My complaint is not really with the product, but for the need for it. Changing this part did not fix the machine and tech help were no help. It is the last samsung thing i will ever buy.

I think it like the replacement better than the original that came with the printer.
Although i bought this with the toner refill from toner tap; i didn't need to replace the original as it was only 5% full.
