Pros

My only complaint is that the ear speaker on the top face of the phone was completely clogged with a brown tar-like substance.

Will be ordering spare phones from here again. Super satisfied with my purchase, and will definitely be recommending renewed phones, especially this one.

The only annoying thing is all the updates i need to install on it. Easy to switch over and easy to update. A true upgrade from my s5.

Cons

The glass on this refurbished is very low quality. Buyer beware of their 3 month warranty. Ebay gives you a one year warranty. The seller is unmovedand says too bad.

Empty box except for charger box is completely blank inside and out. At least 80% battery capacity equates to needing a charge 3x/day.

Verizon does not work as a carrier for sim cards. I know its not the sim card because on my old phone it automatically connects to 4g. It takes two or three tries to get a message to send. No matter how many times i delete voicemails, my notifications... Read More

I’m super happy with the condition of the phone it appears as brand new.

This is the second renewed galaxy 10 i've gotten from amazon (i've had mine for about 8 months) and i am very happy with both phones.

The phone is telling me there is something wrong with the charger.

The facial recognition works about 70% of the time, i normally sign in with the fingerprint reader which is very reliable.

Competitiveness

Purchased as a replacement for my wife's galaxy 7.

Yep its 100% working with t-mobile and good as new!
