Others would offer more protection but this overcomes one important issue with the galaxy note 8 which is the very slippery surface

The protection it provided for the phone was great nothing happened to the mobile as the case took the shock

Almost like a slightly rubberized material to give you a little more gripit fits really well with spigens wet applied screen protector and allows space for spigens magnet mount plate which is helpful
