Bought this for the wife. This fills the bill beautifully. The reception is very good where ever we go. It is as the seller said it would be.

The plunging happens while the phone is sleeping and not even in use. The glass is very fragile which cracks very easily. Very bad and arrogant reponse from samsung service. I am looking for another samsung galaxy phone, more modern, to see how that p... Read More

In my opinion, it's dishonest to label a refurbished phone as new. This explains why the phone no longer carries the 1-year warranty.
