Pros

These unlocked refurbished phones are spectacular -looks brand new! If you’re like me and don’t take a million photos this phone is great. My only issue is with att, it seems to me they are purposely lying about the capability on these phones.

Battery life is holding up well - i only turn it on when the pantry is open. No scratches or any blemishes. Phone heats up a bit when i'm out in the sun.

A picture's worth. Good bang for the buck. Definitely a quality 3rd party seller. Much better thabn the flakes selling junk products on ebay.

The fingerprint reader works great and is much easier to use than my s8. This phone has a memory card slot. I’d say for the cost though it’s a better samsung than most.

Cons

The phone looks good, the charger is not the right one, as it gives messages saying you don't have the right charger plugged in. Advertised as unlocked but immediately showed a verizon screen. Also no sim card remover was sent.

Do not buy from seller flip cells. No resolution from seller. Buy refurbished models at you own risk.

**edit - after fussing with the phone i was able to get the sim to work and the verizon apps magically disappeared.

A tornado destroyed the building our food pantry was in along with the landline for our phones.

Price

The price was good on this phone (even got it on sale) and the reviews were good.

I did some research and this phone seemed to check all the boxes, especially where memory and price is concerned.

Good phone, work properly with no issue with fast charging totally recommend 👌

They came with everything you need but if you're a stickler for original packaging that doesn't apply here, just a plain box.
