It also doesnt protect the camera lens as well as my last case since it is pretty much flush with the lens surface

The issue with so many cases is that they are just as slippery as the phone itself rendering them only vaguely useful but in no way would ever help prevent you from actually dropping your phone

In addition it has subtle grippy dots for about 3 inches on each side only on the side edges the case is what i would call absolutely ideal in every way and to top it all off it is clear and very low profile so it doesnt even look like you have a case on the galaxy
