There was an issue with charging before with the zerolemon certified cables and wall outlets dont work to quick charge my galaxy s6 with your 8500mah battery case

My solution was to use the oem wall outlet with a 2 meter tiegem micro usb cable chinese producer of micro usb cables

And to answer the question of zerolemon it would of have taken six hours for the phone itself to charge and extra hours for the battery case to charge too

Now the phone takes 1 hour to charge but still the case takes long to charge because it is not quick charge compatible

As far as protection goes the material feels like it would cushion the phone just fine if it should fall from waist height
