Pros

Works perfect in my samsung dryer model# dv45h7000ew/a2. My wife now sees me as a fixer of things among men and my dog even looks at me a little more lovingly now.

Cons

Picture a lie, description a lie. Superficially it looks the same. This is a phony knockoff.

This is not an oem samsung part. The leads on the coils are too short, you have to stretch a loop out of the coil for it to fit. The warranty for this, at 90 days, is completely unreasonable for this type of part.

My wife hangs most of the clothes out on the clothesline and this only lasted a bit over 2 years. Reseller cybersaving denies it, says amazon sold it which is a lie. Lasted 8 months. Sent me a replacement but realized the other one caught on fire and ... Read More

This dryer heating element was easy to install and has been working flawlessly for about a month now.

Our dryer’s previous heating element stopped working, but this part was the perfect replacement!

This one has thicker coils then those knock off ones.

Make sure you unplug the unit and use a stiff wire to clean out the lint trap pocket.

Price

For less than $30 and a little bit of time i was able to avoid a $500 service charge to have a technician come out and fix it.

Sooo much cheaper than a new dryer!

Shipping

Item shipped in 1 day and worked great in my dryer.

Delivery was a little slow, 3 work days to get into the usps system.

Packaging/appearance

I am only writing this to let everyone know that it was poorly packaged.

The video shows the product being unpacked.

For something that is pretty fragile and prone to breakage this was not packaged well.

It came in an envelope and probably should have came in a small box.
