Not sure about “sound effects” difficult to tell difference and also impossible to tell which mode you are in from the sofa as led’s are out of sight on top of the unit

My only regret is that it cannot be controlled through the tv remote even though this is also samsung but i was aware of this from reviews i read before purchasing

Very good for the price however doesnt integrate as well with my new samsung tv as the previous version have to turn the sound bar on as previously automatically turned on with tv

My only quibble would be the led display for sound effects it has 4 settings off unlit sport green music red and speech white or something similar

The effects all work well but from a seated position you have no visual indicator of what setting youre toggling through
