I this is my 2nd lcd and the picture quality is amazing!
I love the quality of the hd programs.

The picture quality is superb for an lcd (we also have a larger plasma) and the hookup is extremely easy and idiot proof.
Price
Price just went up on this, but worth it.
I got it for a fantastic price.
After narrowing down my search to these 3 i was going to purchase the samsung or sony preferably or the lg if the price was a steal.
By the way i price shopped this tv hard, and sears was dollar for dollar against everyone else!
Shipping
This 40 inch is a little aggressive in size for our bedroom but i could pass up the great pricing and free shipping.

Ordering from amazon was great, and pilot shipping rocks.
They also had free shipping and the deliverer even unpacked it, set it up, and made sure it was working properly.
Packaging/appearance
I did make some adjustments to the equalizer, which improved how it sounded right out of the box.
Competitiveness
Can't wait to see a blue-ray disc on it.
My grandaughters love the tv for their teenage hangout.
I have cable, a ps3, and xbox360, dvd .
A lack of callback on their part force me to forever part with them as a trusted manufacturer.

Control menus and picture adjustments are intuitive with onscreen icons that can easily be followed to get where you want to be

I waited a very long time to finally get one at the price i wanted and as such my review is probably tainted by hd being newish to me

The black levels on the tv are about what i expected out of a standard lcd ie not led

Overall the reviews were great but specifically one of the reviewers mentioned a power switch problem that he suggested was chronic for this make
