Two guys arrived and were able to get the tv set up but didnt know why we couldnt get any channels they didnt realize we had satellite i guess not the smartest bunch

No questions very polite it was a few minutes before close and he apologized profusely that he couldnt set up the return that very second and would do it first thing in the morning
