Pros

Great filter for your money and very easy to install. Appears to be a genuine product with the authenticity magnet. Use a slip joint plier for a better grip of the filter.

This product is a commodity so that pricing is important. For $30/filter it's a much better deal than lowes/home depot was offering. Couple dollars cheaper than buying at lowes and know it's there.

Cons

The box says the filter inside should have the authentication label, but it doesn't. Go with the samsung brand don't use these. The compatibility list is wrong. My refrigerator was listed as compatibility but is was not.

Can't return them. Get a real replacement at your local hardware or appliance store. Have no way of contacting the company and asking for assistance. Replaced them today with legit samsung filters from lowe’s.

Do yourself a favor and hard pass on this garbage. Cartridges are quite expensive and would not like to dispose of it. Please don’t buy these filter cartridges.

Water dispenser didn't work properly. Water was coming out of the fridge. Not sure if it was defective or what. Only last 1 1/2 months.

This is what i'm supposed to use in my fridge and they were a great price thru amazon.

Expensive but the only thing i can out on my fridge so there’s that.
