Pros
The 1000r curve is so immersive. The stand is sturdy yet minimalistic. Strange distance of the mounting holes.
The picture quality is superb, especially with g-sync. The hdr feature is very good, makes the shadows more pronounced and realistic. The curved screen makes it a little more immersive.
The 144hz refresh rate is noticeable whether playing games or just browsing the web - movements appear fast and devoid of any motion blur. I have it setup up with my xbox series x which allows 120 hz at 1440p.

Cons
The curve is quite aggressive and distracting for anything other than fps games. Flickering stops after monitor gets wormed up. Packaged in a flimsy and damaged box held together with tape.

The downsides when i got the monitor it would not let me set it to 144hz despite trying windows and nividia control panel the option just wasnt there and so i had to manually add it on which seemed a bit off to me but im not aware of anyone else having this issue

Never did i think that i would find such a great allround monitor from a reputable brand like samsung

The monitor also isnt great at displaying darker settings as the pixels tend to be either greyed or badly lit

In other games the curve can warp things somewhat but not to a degree that it is noticeable unless you are looking for it

For other aspects like content consumption and productivity this monitor is not something i would recommend
