I love my samsung refrigerator but in just under five years ive had three of these shelves crack and break

We purchased the 5year warranty with our refrigerator and we were able to use the warranty twice to have our front panel replaced but the warranty doesnt cover broken shelves because broken shelves are considered wear items and not a manufacturers defect

The original shelf clear part cracked in half making a mess of the contents that fell

I wrestled with the white part but two little bumpouts on the door prevent lifting the left side by pushing those parts back and simultaneously bumping up on that side from underneath will release that side of the tray and the right side will slide off easily
