I am not sure if this problem would be fixed with the proper screws, but as i received it the wall mount is unusable.
Price
I will change my review when i have either been compensated for the cost of the mount or have been sent the correct parts or a new mount.
It ia a very good tv for the price
I was a little weary with such a low price for a qled.
Shipping
Refund was prompt and customer service was friendly and professional.
