I automatically looked at currys for a new machine but it was 7+ days for delivery.

Dont bother with amazon installuninstall service as the two that delivered ours didnt seem interested in doing anything other than rudely chat constantly to each other in a foreign dialect i had to switch off isolator disconnectreconnect waste and even had to force the two overstretched delivery agents to excerpt themselves to flick the power switch underneath cupboard half expected them to ask if i could drive them to next drop

The washing machine is fantastic very quiet quick but samsung were let down by amazon badly i added the removal install etc from amazon but i found out after the machine was delivered amazon only do this service in certain areas mine not being one of them which is very unhelpful when you live by yourself i only ordered the machine before i wanted a samsung washing machine as i needed to replace it and had a samsung before amazon customer services were atrocious very unhelpful to the extent i will now only buy ebooks from amazon

You can alter some of the preset settings and no need to keep adding powder or softener as u can fill these trays up and it tells u when its empty

It also arrived with a significant scratch at the top which was covered so cant blame the men for that🙄 at this price they really should have it completely covered for protection
