The item delivered brand new and unopened it registered with samsung and i was able to set the language to english and the region to uk

All my apps work just fine the only that wont is the ecg heart monitor which i believe is regional due to local laws

Other slight niggle is with its reluctance to sync strava activity with strava always seems to sulk about the wifi connection i guess there is a delay when i first get back home
