Pros
"it prints fabulous copies. It prints extremely quickly and hasn't run out of ink in over a year of solid use" it's not as bad as brother print quality, and not nearly as crisp as an hp.
It's a snap to setup. The wireless, the network connectivity is the easiest i've seen in a multi-functional printer. Comes with the samsung easy document creator software. Followed prompts and set up wifi.
Cons
Toner cartridge errors and paper jamming are common. After 300 pages it warns you that the toner is almost exhausted. Windows 10 driver is just a way to deliver ads for samsung toner.
The scan doesn't work, the paper feeder constantly jams and the print quality is not as good. The scanner is super slow.

Very good value for the money, easy to set up relatively good print quality, the tech support is exceptionaly good
I needed a fax/scanner/copier so decided to go with another samsung and not disappointed.
Price
Samsung's cartridges are three times the price.
Packaging/appearance
Was a pain to setup with verizon fios router but well worth it.
Competitiveness
Since samsung updated its programming, you will not be able to use off-brand toner without replacing the chip.

He says everything works great but the wireless function does not work because for some reason the printer is unable to recognize my schools wifi

However i have to use a thirdparty app for scanning since the samsung scanning app doesnt recognize the printer and samsungs help center has been of no help with this concern
