Uhs-ii cards have an extra row of pins on the back, allowing for faster speeds. It is fast enough for full hd, with about 80 mbps writing and 170 mbps reading speeds. Mind the size limits of your camera.

Those can be fiddly and not all the cards work the way they should with issues in older devices writing to reading from and in some cases of recognizing the existence of newer cards

Unless your device supports these increased speeds all of these cards will have speeds closer to the nonproprietary maximum of 104mbs for uhsi sd cards

There isn’t really any compelling reason to choose the uhsi extreme pro since it is unlikely that you will notice any performance increase over the extreme and both support the v30 spec for shooting 4k video
