The flash drive locks when extended so that it doesn’t retract when pushed into a port.

Scandisk makes a great drive and is inexpensive.

I remember buying their memory cards as far back as the late 90's and found them to be the most dependable brand.

Its actually a bit over 400mbs read but significantly less write
