Pros
Backside clip makes for easy use with a velcro wrist strap. Body seem sturdy. Has seals for ports to help shed water.
This mp3 player outshines the other eight mp3 players i tried previously this year. The player itself is so teeny tiny, it's adorable. The only downside on this player is the * are a bit harder to push.
The sandisk automatically keeps a bookmark at your last listening position so you can resume where you left off. Since audiobooks are my main listen that's important to me.
Cons
I wish i had a video camera - not to satisfy sandisk, but so that i could have a satisfying record of my smashing this miserable thing to bits with a hammer. Got home and called amazon’s tech support, hopefully this gets resolved.
Sandisk's sansa clip sport plus has a weak bluetooth connection. Sound is terrible unless you use wired headphones.
Audible is not just download your books and drag and drop them over. None of the speakers offer a shuffle feature. The player says format not supported for m4a (aac) and m4b, even though sandisk's documentation says it is supported.

I didn’t return it because i got it for 49
99 instead of list price and i assumed that i was likely to get another one that was just as badly scratched
Packaging/appearance
The package was factory sealed so it wasn’t a used item
Came with a scuff on the screen that i cannot get off that i was aware of before purchasing but is still kind of annoying
It arrived with scratches on the screen besides that everything seems ok

My parents bought this for me when i went into rehab because we wernt allowed to have a phone so an mp3 was the way we had to listen to music
