Cons

The file transfer is sluggish and inconsistent and sometimes won’t open the files. The front page promises that the transfer speeds will be about 150mb/s. Must be corrupted.

The drive is slower than its earlier generation. It's nowhere near the 400mb it touts.

The design is flimsy and the thing overheats so much that i can fry eggs on it. The directions for this use are weak.

It runs so hot that i don't trust to leave it plugged into my usb hub. During routine use they become so overheated that i have to act like i'm playing hot potatoe to pull the drive out of the usb port.

Price

It's super convenient, which outweighs the minor drawbacks for me (and worth the price)!

Still, for price and capacity, i can recommend it.

I just wish it were a lot faster, but for the money it is decent.

Packaging/appearance

It was out of the original blister package and the package was torn so i'm not sure if this was a return or a warehouse accident.

Competitiveness

Sandisk drives which are manufactured by western digital are the best flash and sd drives available.

Having said that, i do feel it's generally lower priced than samsung and better than the "bargain" brands i've tried.
