Pros

The cost is reasonable and they are high quality and durable when needed. It's insurance against loosing photos in a lost camera. They seem to work fine with my camcorders which are of some age and therefore not very demanding for video or pictures.

A few years ago, my wife dropped her camera, the card door opened and the (spring-loaded) sd card ejected itself into the bushes.


Even being choosy, i have nearly a terrabyte of image files.

    Its worse on large cards so i formerly used 16g cards until there was no price difference between 16g and 32g cards

    Maybe i only use 9 or 10g per card it isnt a waste
