Pros

Sandisk ultra 3d nand 1tb internal ssd - sata iii is much faster than my old disk drive. Easy to install and works great. No longer have to constantly worry about running out of room for all of my important documents and media.

I understand sometimes you will get lemons, and the replacement has been working fine for close to two years now. Sandisk is quality you can trust. And sandisk is such a reliable name that i thought i would get this kind.

Cons

Sandisk implies one must verify a legit reseller. If it's under warranty honor it without making the customer wait two weeks! No longer detected by the bios, that means there is no chance of recovering any data.

Do yourself a favor and buy another brand! Spare yourself the headache and just buy the wd-branded drive. Never again, sandisk.

After installing some windows updates and rebooting the ssd was gone. The amazon listing should be changed asap. Sent a return request to sandisk for a refund.
