Pros
The app hasn't been updated for the iphone x or xs screens it seems but worked on fine on iphones and ipad minis. There's a button on the side that turns on and off the wifi. For android and ios it has the wifi trick.

From the time i bought this item ive been fairly well pleased with it with one glaring exception the lack of better controls on the interface for the video player that comes up by default when the sandisk connect is accessed via the sandisk connect app on my iphone

Ive since learned that videos can be played by accessing the sandisk connect in safari using its ip address
