I know for certain it was not as a result of my negligence. Very poor quality and durability. It is a pity that i did not return it immediately.

It writes at about 2mbps. I assume from heat, it's pretty hot when loading. The disk is suppose to be 256 but will not copy. It claims to have a 150 mb per second read speed.
