I bought this for my wife who is not technically minded in any wayshe sorted it herself while i did the pc transfers simple easy to use and brilliant for the price if i had to be picky i would say that the unit would have been better with a very small headset as the ear phones were just too big to fit her ears but that is just being picky after all ear buds are 10 a penny
