Cons
Product is extremely poor. After only a month the device is bent, so that it is difficult to retract it or open it. Very disappointing for a sandisk product. Shame on san disk.
It also jams the retractable usb. According to sandisk this is un-fixable and the drive must be replaced. It also pops up errors that pop up and even unable to open errors and stories of vital data lost.
