Cons

Very slow to upload memory. Top speed tops out at 18 mb/sec but only for about 3 seconds. If you don't get the dreaded 'runtime' error and the device will require formatting and installing the new software!

This is useless. Very flimsy construction. It is disappointing when marketing is allowed to exaggerate as they do. Password encryption is overcomplicated.
