I thought there was a problem with the player and they got right back to me and helped me figure it out assuring me that they would make it easy to send it back if we didnt solve the problem

Some of this is due to simple software issues such as the sandisk jams inability to index more than 18 characters i have a sport too but have never managed to troubleshoot its issues

My problem is that i need the menu to only have audible on the menu because he cant see the menu
