My wife was very pleased with the product and its performance.
Having said all this, i still highly suggest this product.
That said, i guess there are bad builds and flaws in certain parts as with any product.
The only objection is with the earbuds that come with the player, they are junk.

Looks and sounds fabulous, and much cheaper than the ipod!
I would recommend to other people wanting to get a reasonable priced one for a young person.
Has expansion memory with an insertable micro sd.
Our 13-year old is going to try and do it by using a disc.

It has made the player all but useless for books and by keeping the fuze name has made it hard to pick up these older style players
