The durability is wonderful. It isn't like a paper thin ipod. Great quality. Way more durable. It works great for what i wanted to do with it. No problems with the amp.
Although there's a slight muffling/background noise, my voice is audible and clear. Fm reception & quality is above average for a small player. It has an fm radio and a maximum of 20 presets.
The removal of items from the player isn't always easy.

Cons
Two main malfunctions are :1. Skipping is horrendous, and :2. Technical service is non-existent. Sandisk's website is also useless.
Some songs will not delete when you unplug the player. It does not play some of the audio files, you have to have a cable to connect to the computer. It is a shame that the company will not stand behind their product and then accuses people of damagin... Read More

It holds plenty of songs and even comes with the armband for exercise.
- ear buds that comes with the player are not great.

There's a reason they're still pricey for how long they've been on the market.
