You can easily transfer your files from your phone and transfer it to your computer or another phone

The only problem that i can see is that you can only attach it to something via the small metal in the middle of the device i think it is not durable enough and it may eventually fall off when you put it on a keychain or your pocket

Quite an inconvenience is that there is a lock button on the items side
